The following example demonstrates how easy it
is to buy and sell online:-
- GoSeller (a seller) posts a auction or
classified ad.
GoSeller can sell a single good or service; or sell
items in bulk.
- Dealseaker (a buyer) makes an offer.
DealSeaker can make an offer, or agree to
GoSeller's asking price. DealSeaker and
GoSeller continue to send each other counter-offers
negotiating the price of the item.
- DealSeaker finally agrees to GoSeller's
asking price.
Now that DealSeaker has agreed with
GoSeller's counter-offer, GoSeller must
accept DealSeaker's offer to buy the item.
- GoSeller accepts DealSeaker's offer
to buy. Item Sold!
- Now that the deal has been finalized, both GoSeller and
DealSeaker decide that how the payment will be made and
how the item will be shipped.
